Last weekend, John Lennon convinced me not to stress so much about my future...so instead, I decided to click through endless pages of weheartit.com and find rad pics for my blog. I also found out that The Rachel Zoe Project will be back on in Aus on October 6(!!!), ate the best sushi I've had in a loooong time and watched Pretty in Pink for the first time ever. and then Monday arrived. *insert sad face here*
"You may not be her first, her last, or her only. She loved before she may love again. But if she loves you now, what else matters? She’s not perfect - you aren’t either, and the two of you may never be perfect together but if she can make you laugh, cause you to think twice, and admit to being human and making mistakes, hold onto her and give her the most you can. She may not be thinking about you every second of the day, but she will give you a part of her that she knows you can break - her heart. So don’t hurt her, don’t change her, don’t analyze and don’t expect more than she can give. Smile when she makes you happy, let her know when she makes you mad, and miss her when she’s not there." - Bob Marley
I am dreaming, hoping, praying, waiting for something special to happen, trying to make the most of my boring office job in anticipation for whats next to come...which I am not entirely sure what will be, except for NY in November, the possibility of Fiji with the family in January and a Teaching English course in the near future...I just wish I had some kind of concrete idea or plan of what to do with my life and all its potential (yes, I believe there is some, haha)...I've got nothin right now. Should I just see where life takes me (just working random jobs, saving, travelling, taking photos) or get stuck into something career minded that I am not 100% about? Oh, life and its many mysteries, haha :)

ah,I think YES! It also makes the world go round. My latest musical love is that of Hayley Williams & her band, Paramore (you may have heard of them, haha) Her appearance completely clashes with my blog (not so much these pics, but in others due to her firey orange hair) but I love her, she's amazingly talented, only 21 and I want her life. My taste in music is sooo utterly diverse. I generally listen to music that reflects my mood, which is often very fickle, thus my current playlist and its stochastic assemblage....
I am currently obsessed with (and always will maintain great appreciation for (in no particular order)):
aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrhhhhh, I'm addicted to the Twilight books, thus the fewer posts...I hate it and yet love it so much, I find great delight in stories that portray an amazingly intense love between two characters, like Romeo & Juliet, and in Wuthering Heights and The Notebook, just to name a few other faves....and It does make me feel like attempting to writing a novel again, too...2 books down, 2 to go :) xxx
Sometimes my post titles dont really make a lot sense to anyone but me (this one probably does), I try to relate the pictures that I display with a song and how i'm feeling at that particular time...I really wanna be chillin in the above picture, like right now :) ...xx

I love traveling. I am so excited to travel again...70 days and I'm be on my way to New York City!
You know what else I love?...I love mail. and today, at the post office was a beautiful belated birthday present from one of my lovely friends back home...gorgeous earrings and a very special card...I miss her sooo much.
I'd really like to know, what are some of your loves?...xxx

I usually hate anything that the rest of the entire world are obsessed, I like to have my little indie bands and films and leave the popular mainstream stuff behind, so I hate to admit this but I kinda love Twilight. Yep. I do. I tend to like all fantasy movies that have a rad little love story...like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and the latest Peter Pan film...I think its because that the stories are sooooo far from reality that its ok to dream about them, haha, something like that....I'm a loser, I know. :) As for Mr Brody, I have been a fan since the days of Gilmore Girls where he learnt how to talk so damn fast... In the Land of Women - also good, weird, but good. oh, and his band, Big Japan, are very rad also (he's the drummer, I have a thing for drummers, hehe) as for other cool films, you should watch 'Nick & Norah's InfinitePlaylist' (rad) and let me know when you've seen '500 Days of Summer' because I have no cinema access and I am DYING to see it!!!!! much love xx
Friday night consisted of a lovely homemade vege lasagna, an Indie flick, and eating cupcakes (which I made, above) with my new and very creative friends. I have finally found some sweet, interesting people since moving here about a month ago...and whilst making some new friends, I have been busy writing some lovely letters and cute post cards for my lovelies back home...this afternoon I am off to go camping with my sisters and some friends, going to sleep under the stars and toast marshmallows on the fire...happy weekend xx
Now that I am sooooo far from shops I have become addicted to online shopping!! Its sooo bad, ha! But I have to watch it now, I'm going to New York (!!!!) in October, So I MUST start to save!!!! So excited!!!
Please, if you have the time and happen to adore cute indie love songs, listen to the wonderfully whimsical lyrics of Angus Stone....listen to 'Bella'. You may, possibly, believe in true love once again. xx
lovin coffee, indie music, black nails, peppermint tea, daisies, rainy days, modern art, peanut butter m&ms, cupcakes, sarcasm, fairy lights and photography, hoping to share the prettiness of the world with everyone xx
