Mom, Listen, I haven’t been together with Topanga for twenty-two years, but we *have* been together for sixteen. ‘Kay, that’s a lot longer than most couples have been together. I mean, when we were born, you told me that we used to take walks in our strollers together in the park. When we were two, we were best friends, I mean, I, I knew everything about this girl. I knew her favorite color. I knew her favorite food. Then we became six, you know, and Eric made fun of me because it wasn’t cool to have a best friend that was a girl or even know a girl, so for the next seven years I threw dirt at her. I like to call those “the lost years”. Then when I was thirteen, Mom, she put me up against my locker and she kissed me. I mean, she gave me my first kiss. She taught me how to dance. She was always talking about these crazy things and I never understood a word she said. All I understood was that she was the girl I sat up every night thinking about, and when I’m with her I feel happy to be alive. Like I can do anything. Even talk to you like this. So that’s, that’s what I feel is love, Mom… When I’m better because she’s here… and now she won’t be. So we’re finished.”— Cory Matthews, BMW

Computers make my world go 'round..unfortunately
My computer has crashed, died and gone to heaven and it took my latest french assignment with it (hopefully this is retrievable). I didn't realise how much I depended on it, i sat in my room yesterday and did not know what to do with myself, usually I'd be assignmenting, blogging, downloading (legally) music and movies, etc but now I cannot, however I am very fortunate that I have three house mates with computers and I am able to use them for the important stuff, like facebook and blogging, haha:)
When I do get a new computer, i really, really want this screen saver...does anyone know where to get it??
soooo freakin awesome! ^
kinda magical

Open my eyes I see sky
Today, instead of finishing my Indonesian assignment, I found these photographs by Glynis Selina Arban via the adorable blog Here Comes The Sun. I love the beautiful pale skin and delicate pastel colours that she has captured so wonderfully...
peace x
I also spent the morning drinking tea and eating mint slice biscuits, pondering the things I should be writing in another language. I had coffee with the beautiful Alex and purchased a copy of the latest Aussie Vogue (despite my lack of monies) and now I am about to go a glorious walk through fields of long, long grass with my housemate, Jemmy...clearly I am the worst possible 'student' in the entire world. I really wish I could get a little more motivated, I just cant seem too...there is so much more appealing things to be doing :)
peace x
