This weekend, whist trying not to think about my life, I came to realise that a lot of the pics I looove and use a lot on my blog are from yyellowbird. I have found them via an array of different blogs and tumblrs, not knowing that they are actually all by the same photographer. Only today, did I realise this and manage to check out her flickr...and all her pics are amazing, this I already knew, but there are so many more beautiful pics of hers! Atleast now I can credit someone for some of the lovely pics that I frequently use :)

I am sooo excited to finally get to some shops, its not funny! I am going to hunt down some rad jewellry like in the above pic, no matter what it takes :) I am also so ready to get out of this crazy little gossip mill that is my town. Two posts ago I said that I didnt have any 'boy drama' to add to the accumulation of events currently pervading my life, well, now there is some. Boys are seriously the hardest creatures to be 'close' friends with, they make life so difficult sometimes. But moving on now...Have a great weekend, I'm sure going to try :) x x

Why am I soft in the middle, The rest of my life is so hard.

Hectic week. Soooo much on my mind: Here's a snippet of what I've got on: A new Youth program I've started in my town, volunteering as Publicity Officer for my town's Christmas Programs, my work that is sucking in gigantic proportions, planning my rapidly approaching trip to the States (cannot wait!), my last unit of Uni (which I am failing miserably), managing to maintain and support effectively my close friendships, friendships where the other person is facing dump truck loads of spectacular drama and I'm still attepmpting to work out what to do with the rest of my life!!! I'm lucky that there is no boy drama to add to the chaos, the chaos that is my life. I want to be able to fall asleep for about a month, that would do it, a month and wake up fully refreshed and revitalized and ready to go! But I honestly think I will need a whole entire month!! :) Catch ya soon, Cupcakes (I'll be blogging again before a month is up, dont worry) L O V E x x

I've been in La La Land...

Wow, I've been so preoccupied lately, I'm sorry about that. There's a lot that's been happening. I'll be back to regular posting very soon. Promise :) ♥

Release is Peace

I have been so occupied lately and not with anything of actual meaning. My parents are away and the boys (electricians that work for my dad) are back in town (all three of them) and although I'm still meant to be looking after my little 7 yr old and 10 yr old sisters, I have been really ingenious with the whole multitasking thing and have been able to feed them, put them to bed and still manage to incorporate some awesome 'roof time' with the boys. The Roof has become the latest trend. The boys have recently got new little units relocated to our property and the roof of these units is relatively flat and also situated on a hill, providing us with the BEST location for late night chats, drinks and amazing star gazing. It's my catharsis. When I'm up there I'm able to forget the fact that my job kinda sucks arse and also the fact that living back at home is currently driving me insane! I'm loving it, just hangin' out with the boys. I've also started running, every afternoon. It's been awesome. I have heaps of Paramore on my Ipod and can't stop running when they come on. My feet hit the ground in sync with the awesome bass & drums. My mind drifts to another place, completely. It's insane!

Kristen is in the next issue of Interview mag complete with an AMAZING photoshoot, one of her best so far, in my opinon. She interviews pretty well, as well as any aspiring 19 year old actress can. I'd say probably better :)

Last weekend, John Lennon convinced me not to stress so much about my future...so instead, I decided to click through endless pages of weheartit.com and find rad pics for my blog. I also found out that The Rachel Zoe Project will be back on in Aus on October 6(!!!), ate the best sushi I've had in a loooong time and watched Pretty in Pink for the first time ever. and then Monday arrived. *insert sad face here*

I am dreaming, hoping, praying, waiting for something special to happen, trying to make the most of my boring office job in anticipation for whats next to come...which I am not entirely sure what will be, except for NY in November, the possibility of Fiji with the family in January and a Teaching English course in the near future...I just wish I had some kind of concrete idea or plan of what to do with my life and all its potential (yes, I believe there is some, haha)...I've got nothin right now. Should I just see where life takes me (just working random jobs, saving, travelling, taking photos) or get stuck into something career minded that I am not 100% about?
Oh, life and its many mysteries, haha :)

ah, I think YES! It also makes the world go round. My latest musical love is that of Hayley Williams & her band, Paramore (you may have heard of them, haha) Her appearance completely clashes with my blog (not so much these pics, but in others due to her firey orange hair) but I love her, she's amazingly talented, only 21 and I want her life. My taste in music is sooo utterly diverse. I generally listen to music that reflects my mood, which is often very fickle, thus my current playlist and its stochastic assemblage....

The truth is hiding in your eyes

aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrhhhhh, I'm addicted to the Twilight books, thus the fewer posts...I hate it and yet love it so much, I find great delight in stories that portray an amazingly intense love between two characters, like Romeo & Juliet, and in Wuthering Heights and The Notebook, just to name a few other faves....and It does make me feel like attempting to writing a novel again, too...2 books down, 2 to go :) xxx
